The consumer must also upload their receipt and provide their details (full legal name, full postal address, and email address). This promotion is only live in Tesco stores and whilst stocks last.
How long does the promotion run for?
The Arla Cravendale Free Food Waste Action Pack is available from 23/09/20-28/10/20. All purchases must be supported by a till receipt dated during this time period 23/09/20 -28/10/20 and all claims must be made by 11/11/20. Following successful claim validation, please allow up to 28 days for your Free Food Waste Action Pack to arrive at your stated delivery address.
Do I need to pay for an Arla Cravendale product first?
Yes, to claim your Free Food Waste Action Pack you must first purchase a participating product.

Can I redeem my Free Food Waste Action Pack in stores?
No, you can only claim your Free Food Waste Action pack by visiting cravendalefoodwaste.co.uk and filling out the claim form.
How many times can I make a claim?
Maximum one claim per household for the entire claim period. For the avoidance of doubt, a ‘household’ is classified as a unique postal address.
Each till receipt image can only be used once for a single claim regardless of how many Cravendale Products are purchased. Different households cannot use the same receipt.
How old do I have to be to claim my Free Food Waste Action Pack?
You must be 18 or older to claim.
How do I make a claim?
Purchase a bottle of Cravendale milk within the Purchase Period, go to cravendalefoodwaste.co.uk, complete the online registration form by entering your personal details (full legal name, full postal address and email address) and upload a picture of your itemised till receipt or digital proof of order.
